I still have yet to feel it rock! By the way, if you raise the seat as high(and it goes high) as it can go, you'll easily see and be able to access the three bolts.

You need to loosen the two nuts and one bolt. In the picture you see two bolts in vertical position at the base of the seat support. Loosen those two nuts. The forward one is 12mm and the aft is 14mm. The bolt you need to loosen is pictured, but all you can see is it's threading about 1.5" to the northwest of the forward 12mm nut. Access to the bolt is just below the outside trim cover assuming you've raised the seat to it's highest position. As gramdacious pointed out, you don't need to remove the trim cover if you raise the seat. To perform the fix, all three bolts/nuts must be loosened to gain the most play and adjustment.

Nissan/Infiniti just needs to resolve this issue as a whole. In my Z, in my Altima, in my Murano, in my Maxima, and in my G all the drivers seats had the rocking issue. Its BS and it they should fix them even if you are beyond warranty period. You would think that having the same issue over their entire product line would raise a freakin flag...

Sorry...rant = off.

Just to add to this, i did this and while in the process of doing this fix i added some teflon washers from my local auto parts store, what aq dream it is to drive my car now, the squeak was an incredible nuissance but now its golden silence.

I'd consider submitting this to my dealership as a technical service bulletin, but I'd know I'd get that look from them like I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. It's the same one I get when I tell them to update my transmission software with their Consult computer. Sometimes it amazes me that most of these techs can't think outside the box when it comes to fixes like this. Doesn't it make a little more sense to adjust the seat frame a bit rather than spending $500+ to replace a seat frame that isn't the problem to begin with

Adjust it again. Maybe put a little tension on the seat itself while retightening the bolts.

One thing I've noticed is that this problem is heavily influenced by humidity. If it's been rainy for a day or two, then I'll sometimes get a faint creek. Once the air drys out, the sound disappears.
