I have a siebon TS hood wih no rain guards...what are you worried about? I have driven my car many times in the rain. Nothing will happen...then engine runs hot enough that any water that makes it in there will evaporate anyways. If anything invest in hood pins to keep that thing from flying up on ya.

yeah unless it rains 24/7 there, it shouldn't be an issue, i never ran into issues when i had the hood.

No one makes rain guards for the Seibon TS hood. The authentic TS hood comes with rain guards, though. But they probably won't fit as the hoods are not exactly alike (plus I don't think TS sells the rain guards separately - and if they did, they'd cost as much as the Seibon hood...LOL).

listen... i run the ts hood and nothing will happen to your engine bay except get dirty as f$*k... heres what you can do if your really REALLY dont want water to enter through the vents ( for what ever reason.) Assuming you just purchased your TS hood for asthethic reasons ( to look pretty) and not to better ventilate your engine you can fiberglass over the INSIDE of the hood where the vent opening is... The process is simple

mix proper hardener to fiberglass resin ratio stir use brush to apply the mixture to fiberglass strips the you cut from a fiberglass cloth and add about 4 layers effectively covering all the opening... ( same as you would to patch a crack on a boat...) Spray paint black and voila... your done
the downside... when it rains water will retain in the parts of the hood where the vents are and make a nice duck pond... just like my mg2 trunk!!

OK here you btw im not liable yada yada yada for your mistake please research everything and attempt if you feel its not hard ( which its not)..
Watch this video... pretend the ( RUSTY HOLE) in the car is the vent of the TS hood... from the INSIDE.... he patches said Hole using this procedure... no water will EVER enter the engine bay but it will accumulate when the hood is closed because of the way the vents are made ( that just means more drying when you wash your car)
no issue with the pop charger because the OEM hood has not vents in the first place.. lol.. and it sucks air from the bumper vents ...
Bolts... sorry i have a garage with bolts and screws and washers that i colloct over the years ... if it fits in the thread and goes all the way down thats what i use... just have to use trail and error...
Good Luck

I would definitely go through the extra step of keeping water out of the engine. I had a car with a small open scoop and water got onto my engine and found it's way down to the coil on plug packs proceeding to rust them out. I only noticed when they failed. There are a lot of expensive electrical components on your engine. They tend to not like water

I really doubt theres any point to putting in rain gaurds. You have more chances of your hood turning yellow or cracking than rain messing anything up inside. Just saying.
