Gains for automatic g35

Not sure how to go about this, I have a 04 g35 coupe and want to get some power in it. I have a cold intact already but I've seen nwp75 mm spoken a lot. Can anyone direct or suggest what I could do to increase power in my G? Thank you in advance.

That's not allowed. It's against "the rules." Sell car immediately. Leave forum since you no longer have an intact G35. Buy something else more powerful.

You won't see that much gains if the rest of the engine/exhaust is stock, the biggest point of restriction is the intake plenum, get a 5/16'th spacer, mrev2 lower plenum, exhaust, THEN throttle body. Personally I wouldn't even bother with the TB unless going forced induction.

The best description I've heard so far about the TB is it's "like adding a tiny piece of wider straw to the middle of a narrow straw".

If you've done all the other mods I would take the money and get a lightweight clutch (if manual), otherwise dump it into the suspension.

Pair the NWP 75mm throttle body with a 1/2 inch plenum spacer and test pipes and you'll be good to go. I run this with a dual exhaust and x pipe and I pull on lightly modded 6mt revups. I have on 06 5at.

Blindly throwing parts at the car is not the answer.. you will also need a tune to bring it all together and make it run awesome. Minimum upgrades would be a plenum spacer and tune, you could also do HFC or test pipes (depending on emissions requirements). After that HP gets expensive....

Since he has an auto the MREV2 won't do much, if anything so no need to waste money there. The OE cats are also a huge restriction which when replaced with aftermarket can help produce more power.

OP here's the blunt truth. Unless you're interested putting on a supercharger or a turbocharger you're looking at potentially several thousand dollars spent to gain 30-40HP. Only you can say if it's worth it to you for that. The VQ's were well designed from a power standpoint from the factory, if only they could have installed some better rings.......
