Look into the R2C intakes. They provide an airbox similar to the stock one. And are same as cold air intake. But a bit easier to install I'd assume, and easier to clean since it uses dry filter tech =) My 2 cents

I personally like Injen products, don't expect huge gains but it's a quality product that won't lose it's resale value.

I have the injen cai and you will not notice any performance gains.
however, since it sucks more air in, its louder then stock cai and i like the sounds it makes lol

+1, but if you drive your car daily know how it reacts to certain response's you will feel an acceleration gain, not noticeable to any one but the daily driver of the car. It is there though, I have put CAI's on near all my cars throughout the last 8 years always noticed a difference. its even more noticeable if you gotta 4 banger... but with all that said I wouldn't go into buying one looking for an acceleration.

Found ya 4 from a forum sponsor, use the forum sponsor link page to do research for g35 parts, better luck then google...

oh by the why i also have the 07 g35 coupe and since that was the last year of production on those and the same year the sedan got remodeled there is a lot of misconception and flase information on the sites. you're better off searching for 06 g35 coupe cold air intakes. there are plenty that fit your vehicle

Google Stillen Intakes

Forget Injen especially if it consists of metal tubing, that will only cause you HP loss this time of year due to your '07 injesting heated air or heat soak. Check out Stillen's intakes for your model year, they're made of composite plastic and have a giant K&N filter. Better breathing and no issues with heat + a great sound. Part # 402835 is Stillens part number for his intake/z-tube combination....Gary

Get a bypass valve if you get the Injen, where it sits is fine if you're able to keep moving in moderately-deep water, but since it sits behind the bumper, the way the bumper pushes water out of the way keeps you safe as long as you're moving, but once you stop or slow, the wake it pushes away comes rushing in and fills up the "dead end" amplifying the height of the water. I hydrolocked my engine going through rainy Savannah roads at stock height. The water was NOT over the top of the filter, but because of the just-mentioned effect, it became effectively 6" deeper in the bumper area once I had to slow down for some idiot in a jacked-up truck in front of me who just randomly stopped to look down a road or something.

The $5k I spent on a having a replacement engine shipped and installed would have easily done a simple turbo setup with real gains rather than the no-gains, better-sound of the Injen.
