IForged wheels - 90 Degree valve stems??

Hi -

Anyone have the valve stems from iforged on their wheels? Are they any different from the ones on Ebay? (90 degree stems). Are 90 degree ones even required? or is that just to accommodate the sensors?

I'm debating if I should spend 75 on the ones offered on the iforged store, or to just roll with any 90 degree stem from ebay. Post up if you know any alternative stems that may work. thnx

If the wheels are cut for a 90 degree then you should probably use a 90 degree. Get the measurements of the iforged one and compare to the ebay one. Valves are valves when it comes to two piece valves stems.

Well when I got them they had some normal rubber stems, but i recently took off the tires to get the wheels coated and in the process the stems got jacked up, so now i need new ones.

I see on iforged wheels they have them for like 75 which seems a bit pricey. Then I found some on ebay for about half that price.

Iforged stems:

Ebay stems:

If I installed these 90 degree ones, do you HAVE to put the sensor for them to work? Not sure I want to take off the sensor from my stock wheels to put them on these aftermarket wheels. I like to switch back and forth during seasons...

Na, those are just good if you want to run TPMS. I don't run sensors in any of my aftermarket wheels.

You'll be fine with the ebay ones.

The local tire shop should have a bunch of different valve stems you can choose from as well.. Like he said, a valve stem is just a valve stem as long as it's not rubber.

Yea, definitely don't use a **** rubber pull through. They not only look like crap but they're more likely to start leaking.

2 Piece FTW.
